He has authored several cookery books which are used as reference books by many aspiring chefs and professionals in the trade. A connoisseur in the art of cooking, a perfectionist to the core, true leader, mentor, sociopreneur and being the President of Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) has played a key role in promoting the Chef’s profession, Indian Culinary Art & Cuisine globally.
