Level up to professional standards of not just baking but also presenting your baked beauties! In this course, we teach students how to take their cooking forward by the right presentation, plating, taste, and appearance.

Day 1: Cookies

Learn creaming, piping, and the different types of cookies as you bake delicious chocolate chip cookies & jeera cookies. 

Day 2: Pies & Tarts

We teach you the different methods of lining mould, creating two crust pie and making crumble while cooking fantastic apple crumble pie and chocolate tart.

Day 3 & Day 4: Cupcakes & Muffins

Master everything from chocolate mousse, piping techniques, mixing and folding to final garnishing as you make delicious chocolate cupcakes and blueberry muffins. 

Day 5: Tea Cakes

Learn how to make tea-time special by baking banana cranberry cake and christmas cake from scratch to glazing them  with chocolate.

Day 6 - Day 9: Breads

Bake all kinds of breads like a pro, from cinnamon roll to  cheese burst pizza special techniques with comprehensive sessions on dough mixing techniques, shaping, using different type of wash, frying and scoring.

Day 10 & Day 11: Cakes

Making a cake is all about the details and we help you excel all those details, from sponge-making, sponge making, layering, torting, ganaching, making sharp edges, garnishing, piping, icing, glazing, fondant draping and fondant marble effect and more.

Day 12 - Day 14: Chocolate

Become a pro-chocolate maker with lessons on tempering with different methods, using cocoa butter, spraying, mould-making, enrobing and casting. We teach you how to make truffles, chocolate bars, bonbons, rochers, and more in this module. 

Day 15: Test

Test your skills and all that you learnt through this course.

Day 16 & Day 17: Lamination (Puff Pastry)

Take it to the next level with classes on lamination, different filling and frosting while learning how to make french classics like Mille Feuille, Vol Au Vent, cheese straws and patties.

Day 18 - Day 20: Entremet

Learn glazing, chocolate garnishing, setting an entremet & petit gateaux, velvet spraying.

Day 21: Plated Dessert

With a chocolate on fire theme, we teach you how to have the correct portion size, plating and decoration.

Day 22: Macarons

No baking course is complete without lessons on mastering french macarons! Learn how to make these mini beauties with us while getting hands on experience in meringue making, making butter cream, piping and ganache making.

Day 23: Choux

Make eclairs and learn how to make choux-dough from scratch, its fillings and icings. 

Day 24: Test

Test your skills and all that you learnt through the latter part of this course.
