    • Bars - Mold, Bar & Fruit infused
    • Confectionery - rockyroad fudge, terquish delight, clusters, lollipop, jam, caramel toffe.

    • Ganache making, enrobing, designing truffles, coating, making invert sugar, infusing flavours.
    • Working with sugar, cooking technique, understanding different textures, how to use different molds and decorating techniques.
