La Divinite is an initiative by Sushant Jain, from the Ghantewala family which is renowned for running the Ghantewala Halwai shop in Chandni Chowk for over 200 years. La Divinite takes forward this legacy by bringing in newer, modern techniques to aspiring and passionate bakers for an affordable price.

Professional baking is often considered an expensive affair, making them inaccessible to some. Our goal, however, is to bridge this gap by offering people the best and the latest baking techniques, equipment, and coaching for a comparatively smaller fee. We believe that mere financial constraints should not stop people from pursuing their love for baking. We also understand that acquiring these professional equipment is not a possibility for most people which is why we are open to our students coming and practising at our facilities even after the course is over.

La Divinite’s founder Sushant Jain comes with the vision of making baking accessible and easy-to-learn for everyone, and ensuring that students have all the tools they need to master these skills in a definite time period. Our course structures have been crafted to help every student learn at their pace, without the pressure competing but with the motivation to excel.

The art of baking is about much more than whipping up a good dessert. It is about learning how to make life sweeter – with mindfulness, love, and the ingredients you have with you. And we focus on all of it, from the techniques of baking to the love of baking

There’s no right or wrong age to start learning culinary skills. Which is why we are open to everyone from the age of 18 to 75, with any level or no level of experience. Come, bake, learn, and practice.

We’ll be there for you,
even after the course ends.

La Divinite’s doors are open for all ex-students. Once you become our students, you have access to our kitchen, equipment, as well as a professional chef for guidance – free of cost. You can practise with us and sharpen your skills, during as well as after completion of the course.
